Open Letter

These are interesting times…as Confucius said the journey of 1000 miles starts with a step. Seismic Sounds is taking its first steps in realising its vision, which is to eventually be a major force in the entertainment and new technology industries. Seismic Sounds was initially born out of the frustration of providing an accessible medium for the artists and producers whom it was working with to freely express themselves, not to have to compromise their artistic integrity - hence being able to be true to themselves however they perceive it.

Often times major labels have overlooked, or have been unable to see, the full potential creatively (or financially) in raw talent from the 'street' whatever the genre. Seismic Sounds endeavour is to bring the sounds and talents from street-level and to develop, promote market the sound or talent and where applicable, work with other corporate structures to achieve this aim.

Thus one of the basic premises of what Seismic Sounds is about is to showcase a diverse group of artists and producers and putting them in a position whereby they can share their music on a local, national and international platform, without compromising the very fundamentals of what they are about.
